WE loved our kit so for authentic taste and quality, and for the fun of making it with friends. We had never made noodles before and it was a gas! If you can boil water you can make food as good as the Original hole-in-the wall Xian Famous Foods in Flushing. There are restaurants near us that serve the same noodle dishes but none any better or more authentic than this! Even when we can once again visit Xian and eat at the great Muslim restaurants in Beijing, we will order XFF kits for ourselves and as gifts for friends.
